The purpose of the present general conditions of use (hereinafter referred as the General Conditions) is to define the terms and conditions of use of the site www.atelier-terrefibre.com (hereinafter referred as the Site) presenting some sculptures created by Charlotte Terriou (hereinafter referred as the Publisher or Charlotte Terriou) and some antique objects for sale, sold or, if applicable, available on order, in her boutique located at the address mentioned on the Site.
Any person visiting and using the Site is called “the User”.
ARTICLE 3: Acceptance and modification of the General Conditions of the Site
Browsing the Site implies the User’s full acceptance of all the provisions of these General Conditions. The User also agrees to comply with all regulations and laws in force.
The provisions of the General Conditions may be modified at any time. It is the User’s responsibility to refer to the current version available on the Site each time he visits.
ARTICLE 4: Access to the Site and information presented on the Site
Access to the Site does not require the opening of a prior account.
The costs incurred by the User to access the Site (internet connection, computer equipment, etc.) are at his expense. The Site may be interrupted or suspended, in particular during maintenance necessary for the proper functioning of the Site, without any obligation of notice or justification.

The User assumes full responsibility for the proper functioning of his material/equipment to access the Site and the use he makes of the information and content present on the Site. In case of use of the Site by the User resulting directly or indirectly in damage to the Editor, the latter reserves the right to take any legal action to claim damages.

The User must obtain prior written authorization from Charlotte Terriou before reproducing, copying, adapting, imitating, or publishing all or part of these different contents by any means whatsoever and on any medium, for commercial use.
Any unauthorized exploitation of the Site or of any of the elements it contains will be considered as constituting an infringement and will be prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code.

It is intended for Charlotte Terriou and is kept for a period that will not exceed 3 years from the last contact.
